Last month trying > Any ideas?

This is the last month hubby & I will be trying. With a looming deployment next year we are cutting it close to him possibly missing the birth. Last month I had a chemical pregnancy so we decided to try one more time. We've been TTC for 9 months now and it seems like everyone around us is getting pregnant. I use OPKs and this is our 2nd time using Preseed. I also starting taking vitamins with folic acid and got my pineapple to eat the core after ovulation. Anyone know of any superstitions or suggestions? Haha I will literally try anything at this point.
