I'm only 23 weeks 3 days and the past 3 days I've been having intense lower back aches and cramping on both sides of my lower stomach, baby seems to be sitting quite low and I keep needing to pee because of it. I'm incredibly uncomfortable I'm a ftm so I'm not sure if this is a sign of pre labour or not, the pain has been irregular and I feel as though she is moving less than normal but she is still moving.

Im a little scared as I had a couple of vivid dreams she came way to early a couple of weeks before this started happening in my dream baby was fine but just way to early?

Can someone shed some light on this?
