Tampons don’t work with my body!😩

I use to use tampons all the time but since I had my son they don’t go in like they use to so when I do put them in they give me a really bad pain in my right Ovary area this has happened to me before and the reason I have the pain is because I get a blood clot in my ovary and I believe it’s from the blood not escaping fast enough(I have gotten checked out there were no issues)and when I take the tampon out and use a pad the pain is gone..so I guess my question is has anyone else had this happen or am I losing my damn mind!? 😤🤷🏽‍♀️
