Hi, im 15 and I want to lose weight for my sweet 16 in september. I want to lose more weight after so i can get down to a certain weight. Im 5’9 and weigh around 210-220 (yeah ik very big) Is there any way I can lose more than 50 pounds before then? I plan on getting a personal trainer between this week and next week. Is there anything I can do at home for my diet? Can you guys request some good products to help lose weight with?
