broke up with my SO

I finally officially broke up with my SO. we dated approximately 2 years. I feel like he just used me for money and sex. he always wanted me to buy him stuff usually expensive stuff and if I said no he'd have a tantrum like a little kid and ignore me for a day. he was broke and said he wanted a better job, but wouldn't look for jobs or anything like that. I even found job ads with all the information he needed and he never applied to any of them. he didn't have a car which wasn't the biggest deal but when you live in more rual areas with no public transportation a car becomes more necessary. I have a car but it left it up to me to see him and if I had something happen to my car and I couldn't he'd again get mad and act like a child. when we went on dates I paid for everything which was fine (though it would of been nice to be treated out for once) he would be on his phone the whole time which was annoying. I tried talking to him multiple times about the problems I was having with him and nothing ever changed. I'd get him gifts from the heart (and what I could afford) and he'd be mad if it wasn't what he asked for (usually a 500-1000 dollar item) I got tired of it and stopped buying him gifts. then he'd get mad that I didn't buy him a Christmas or birthday gift (though he never bought me anything) so now I have broken up with him because of the above reasons. again I've tried multiple times to talk to him but after 2 years with no change I couldn't take it any longer and I left
