Foods after a good workout
I have pcos and I’m fat.. lol and I decided to change that.. I have been working out everyday for 2 weeks now but I get really hungry afterwards and crave all the bad foods in the world .. should I eat before or after my workout? What should I eat?? What should I drink besides water?? Thanks :)
