Bleeding nipple

so about two weeks ago I took one of my nipple piercings out as it migrated, you could see it through the middle of my nipple it was bad there was a hole you could see the metal into and discharge was coming from SAID hole. I spoke to someone and they said my piercing won't heal and will keep pushing itself

out. But since it's been a few weeks I went to look at my nipple and idk what made me squeeze it but I did and blood came from the middle where the hole is ? What the heck is this normal I'm freaking a little
