Keloid or hypotrpoic scar?? Help ASAP

Okay so I have a something on my nose piercing it just got bad these past couple days can anyone give me suggestions that work for sure to get rid of it

Yes!!! I just got over this same problem. LISTEN TO MEEEEEEEE GIRL. So, you use Salt (sea salt preferably) and BC powders or Goody’s powder or if you don’t have that on hand you can just crush aspirin. You crush (sea salt is chunky af) everything and mix this with a little bit of water to make a paste. Put this on your nose over night. It’s a pain in the ass and you’ll wake up with salt everywhere but it’s only for a few days or a week. Let it dry before you sleep at least though because there is no sense in even putting it on and laying down with it wet because it’ll just crumble off.

That's an irritation bump. It'll go away, no scar.
Can be caused by playing with it, bump it or snagged it. Best to avoid putting any make around the area or wipe the area when doing skin care.

crush up ibuprofen, mix with a few drops of water, put it on aaallll around the bump, let it dry for awhile, and it should fall off. repeat this every night while cleaning w saline spray 2-3 times a day. 
ive had the same thing much worse, and that’s what got rid of it.

I had the same thing with my nose piercing from my son knocking it out and it getting snagged on towels and clothes. Take a chamomile tea bag, brew a cup and put the warm teabag on the piercing. I put a paper towel over mine. It went down within a day or so ❤️
