Making an appointment at PP for iud?

I’m 17, (18 in about 4 months) & I want to get the copper iud but I have no idea of what to tell the doctor or how to answer the phone 😬. Also, I don’t want my parents to find out because they are religious. My mom knows I’m not a virgin but doesn’t want me to do it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Also, how much would it cost if it wasn’t being covered by insurance? What do I say after answering?

just got the copper iud from pp! you call the number of the location you want to go to and talk to the person and say that you want to make an appointment for the paraguard iud. the person will ask if you want to use insurance and you can say no. depending on where you live, they have programs they are teamed up with to help you get stuff for free or super low cost, basically a sliding scale. they are super nice and will answer all questions you have!
