Dog Punched My Stomach

well, based off the title, it's exactly what it sounds like. my big baby of a pitbull sleeps with us at night and she typically needs to be touching me somehow. she stretched in the middle of the night and punched me right in the stomach. I'm now having dull pains at 10W1D and low key panicking. I know cramps are normal for a growing uterus, but I've already suffered one miscarriage I just want my rainbow baby to stick.
