Labia on fire

Ok so I’ve been feeling my period coming for a while so I wear a pad so I’m ready when it comes. I was so busy Saturday I didn’t get time to shower cause I was so exhausted and I didn’t change my pad either. Fast forward to Sunday there’s like light brown stuff on my pad which is assumed was discharge and my labia was on FIRE!! It was itchy and it literally burned. I took and shower and really scrubbed down there. Anytime this happens it helps when I take a shower put on something clean then by the next day it’s gone. Well it’s Monday night and it still burns. On Sunday I looked down there with a mirror and there wasn’t really anything different. It was just a liiiiiiiiiiitle bit red, but that was it. My labor is still on fire tho and it hurts and burns so bad and idk what to do. Please help!!
