Low hcg???anyone??

Had a vvvfl at 8 dpo and it’s gotten darker everyday very visible positive now, today at 12 dpo had painful cramping so went to emergency gyno and they did a blood test he didn’t say was number (should have asked) but said the hcg was low, it’s positive but low he was unsure if it’s because it’s early or because it’s an unhealthy pregnancy, I had an ectopic in December so they are going to monitor me until they can establish viability 😔 someone anyone please I’m so nervous my app says 3w4d anybody had low levels and went on to be fine?
