Opinions please 🙄😊🤞🏻

So af is due today. No sign as of yet. Took a test today and I don’t no if I have line eyes but I can see something slight in the negative picture. I have been having all sorts of symptoms and breasts are sooo sore since ovulation. Cervix is high and soft. This is my first cycle off the pill due to previous etopic and having the methotrexate shot 😓 so I just guessed I ovulated on usual time and BD’d every other day. Today I have had the lightest pink discharge

when I wiped and a little bit more since but I never have had that before af came before. My previous pregnancy was etopic and I had a HSG test since which said tubes where clear. I also have a very dull ache on my right side very similar to what I felt with the etopic but I am hoping and praying it’s not that’s again. So what do you guys think? Could this be implantation bleeding because I am just off the pill maybe I ovulated later?
