Fever 6dpo

Yesterday I was 6dpo and felt like crap. Had chills and dizziness off and on all day. Took my temp when I got home and had a fever of 100.4. I went to bed then woke up this morning feeling perfectly fine. Anyone else ever experience this then go on to have a bfp? I’m feeling hopeful.
