Twins 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Okay so on May 1 had implantation pain on left side and strong lower back pain May 1-3 had implantation bleeding random light pink spotting. May 6 had implantation symptoms strong in right side with a very painful pinch May 7-8 (today) random light spotting light pink with random tinge of blood. ..... both sets of spotting only spotted 2-3 times that whole day only when wiping. If I conceived Could I have conceived twins? Oh n I went to dr yesterday and blood pregnancy test was done find out today the results.

Anyone who has been or is pregnant with multiples have 2 separate implantation bleeds?
