The ER doctor told me because of my low lying sac I will most likely miscarry. He emphasized on "most likely" like I have zero chances. I had some bleeding when I went but very light and it stopped the day after our hospital visit. It lasted 4 days in total

doctors don't like to sugar coat things since it can come back on them if something bad happens and you weren't fully aware of the possibility. so they're brutally honest, unfortunately.

Would you rather he tell you it is fine and then miscarry or tell you you'll miscarry and then everything is fine? Doctors need to tell you the worst possible scenario. Is it like placenta previa?

I was told the exact same thing at one of my first prenatal visits but I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant with my first baby💙 don’t lose hope. I thought since the doctor said I would miscarry that it was set in stone and I was extremely upset for weeks until my next appointment. But here we are doing just fine. Doctors aren’t always the best at being nice. They aren’t going to tell you what you want to hear. Mine was (and still kind of is) an asshole. He didn’t congratulate me or anything until I was almost 15 weeks. Just take it easy and try not to stress too much hun❤️
