Baby stopped growing 3 weeks ago 💔

My worst fears have come true at 13 weeks. I started bleeding last night and my doctor couldn’t find a heartbeat with a Doppler at my appointment this morning. I was sent to a new OB for an ultrasound which showed my baby stopped growing 3 weeks ago. My body (and my heart) continued believing I was pregnant this whole time and I can’t believe this is happening to me. This is the most deeply sad feeling I’ve ever had.

😢💔 I don’t know where to go from here. At 12 weeks I told my siblings and parents I’m pregnant and everyone is so happy. Today I got a Mother’s Day card in the mail from my sister-in-law. My heart is broken.
