BOOK PEOPLE I NEED YOU

I need book recommendations because I cannot find anything that I’m interested in. I like every genre it’s just it needs to be interesting enough for me.

Also, I need help finding a book.

It’s about a guy who’s about to get married and on his wedding day his fiancé dies in a car crash. He bought a church, meaning to make it into a house. I can’t remember if he did that before or after his fiancés death.

It gets detailed about his depression and how he starts drinking. At one point he breaks a mirror while drunk and cuts his hand badly. Later he meets this woman named Lilly and I can’t remember what happens after that. It had the first chapter of the second book in it... and apparently he had a daughter with Lilly. I really loved this book and can’t for the life of me remember the name or author.

I’m in that stage where I just read a really good book and I need more. I’m suffering because everything I pick up bores me to death.
