11 days late for my period but the test was negative.

I was drinking the night before I took it and the test is 2 years old... also, he's supposedly infertal says the doctor. I have an appointment on the 21st

he's leaving tomorrow and I won't see him for 1-2 years.... should I go spend my money on some tests or wait until my appointment. either way I don't want to tell him a bout any of this until I'm sure and I don't want to tell him right before he goes. so. either way he won't know about any of this until he's gone. I feel like I might be pregnant but there are so ant variables.... I don't have the symptoms just like the first time I got pregnant. (I miscarried at 14 weeks) but yeah. idk what I'm asking... just need advice and information.
