The "C" Word.... *update*

I've had a weird discoloration on my right breast for the last week. the first few days it looked like a sun burn, then it started darkening like a bruise.

saw my PCP today, and she informed me of a type of breast cancer called inflammatory breast cancer or IBC. it's a rare form of breast cancer, very aggressive and very hard to diagnose.

she is putting me on antibiotics for a week, then I'm going to see a breast specialist.

I'm so terrified..

the way my doctor looked at me, worried, scared me.

her mother died from IBC so she's very familiar with it.

I don't even know what to think ladies..
