I need advice

I’ve been married a little over a year my husband is a super sociable person. He always has people over. His friends stay ALL day. I’ve tried talking to him and everytime he says I’m over reacting and all they do is stay in the basement get high and play video games and my little one is always upstairs with me. I don’t disagree with Smoking but my belief is you don’t need to be getting high all day anyways. So I ask him to watch our son and he’s like I’m kinda busy but whatever. May I also add he NEVER just volunteers like hey let me feed him or let me give him a bottle I always have to ask. I’m so tired of it. I’m in tears so upset it gets old. Also I am taking phlebotomy classes and I have an internship every weekend. And he tells me every time I don’t need to go that it’s not the right time and that if something happens to me he won’t be awake to help. I’m so confused should I leave? How should I leave? I’ve tried to leave before (he cheated) and he refused to let me go. I need advice
