First OB appointment

I have my first appointment with my OB, I did have one at 7 weeks I seen the midwife and she took all my details, weight, height etc then the OB but was only in there for two seconds as my first ultrasound shown no heartbeat as I was measuring two weeks behind. Now I’m 9 weeks and everything was fine at my follow up ultrasound and I don’t know what to expect at this appointment?! I won’t see a midwife as theyre seperate appointments so I have now idea what the OB will talk about?!
