I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant with my second. We found out a few days ago that we’re having a girl this time 😁. I was planning a small gender reveal just for my family and my in laws but my mother has been complaining about it since I gave her the invite. She says it would just complicate her day. She also has said previously that my first born will always be her favorite. She said that she still wants to babysit as often I’ll let her but she only wants one at a time, and she only wants my son not the new baby. Thank god for my in laws because they could not be more excited for a new grandchild. I just don’t know what to do about my mothers attitude, I already canceled my gender reveal and I’m just going to tell each family separately in person. My mother was so excited and could not wait for my son to be born two years ago but she doesn’t care about this pregnancy or baby at all.
