Decreased movement at 22 weeks .

So let me start off with I’m a mom of 3 preemies , born due to fetal distress and other complications 27-31 weeks . I am 22 weeks and I haven’t felt the baby move in a couple days . I freak myself out and have major anxiety . Has anyone else experienced this early on , is this normal . Sorry if I sound like an idiot . I have an appt tomorrow I am seen every 2 weeks . Wondering if I should just go today to L&D; so I can relax . Also this is the first pregnancy I’ve actually felt movement the way I have she is normally very active and has been since 17 weeks.
