Help!!!

K so this might be long so I apologize in advance, about two weeks ago I was having troubles with my bowels and I wasn't able to go for like 4 days and I had really bad pains, I thought maybe it was because I was prego!!! well nope false alarm because I had my period. and then once I was done I tried having sex with my husband and it seriously hurt so bad...I'm ttc but there's no way I'm able to with the pain it causes. please help, Idk what to do, if I should let it pass or try and go to the doctor.
