Is it safe to have sex without a condom on the pill?? I get super paranoid if we don’t use a condom even tho I’ve been on the pill for almost 6 months and take it perfectly

You have to evaluate if it's worth it to you. Look at thrift statistics for it. So let's assume your on the combined pill and take it within 30 minutes time frame every day. That's perfect use and will be 99% effective. Do you want to take that small risk? If you don't take it perfectly, look at those statistics too and try to take your pills better. Figure out what you would do if you got pregnant and make sure you and your partner are on the same page.

It's not worth the risk if you want to avoid pregnancy. The pill isn't completely effective, and you could still become pregnant regardless how long you have been on it. I personally would not have sex without the condom as well before I was wanting a child.

i’ve been doing this too and i worry. we use pullout he doesn’t cum in me just in case!! maybe just use condoms to ease your anxiety nothing wrong with condoms also the risk of stis without condoms.
