Pregnancy mask?

Have any one of you ladies had what's called the "pregnancy mask" during your pregnancy? I have these dark spots surrounding my chin area and around my mouth. If so what did you do to treat it? is there a way to make them disappear or did you just cover them up? what products did you use? I read that the spots can get darker with sunlight and unfortunately for me it's summer time and I spend alot of time outside. I just want to be able to control them😣. First time pregnancy here.
