Where do I start???

Before I got pregnant, I was working out a good 5 days per week. I did the treadmill for cardio and then had a routine with weights, but nothing crazy. My kids got sick from the child care at the gym in January and it has been circling through our family ever since. That on top of being in the first trimester and severely lacking energy, I just haven't done much. Not a first time mom and have always been told that its ok to keep exercising. Well, I'm not sure what to do since I wasn't active when I got preggo and haven't been this entire 14 weeks. I think I know how to go about this by slowly and lightly getting back into a routine, but would love fresh thoughts/ideas. Especially if anyone had this experience too❤TIA
