should i be worried?

I had a medical abortion this week. The bleeding started yesterday morning and was extremely heavy with lots of clots and tissue from 9am till around midday. After that the bleeding was very very light with no cramping at all. since last night there has been only a very faint trace of blood when I go to the bathroom and nothing at all on the pads. I passed so much stuff that I feel like there couldn't be much of anything left in there and I have felt a little sore and very tired , but other than that I have felt fine and there has been no cramps, fever or pressure. just a little worried that the bleeding stopped so quickly. I do have an appointment to have an ultrasound done to make sure everything has passed just wondering if anyone else has experience such a short bleeding time as well.

good news. I just had my ultrasound and they said that everything has passed.
