Pierced Nipples / Nursing?

Hey ladies! I’ve had my nipples pierced for almost 9 years now and i love them! I’m 16 weeks today, and wondering if i should take them out now or wait a bit. I’m planning to nurse when baby arrives, but not sure if i should give them some time to potentially close up or what.

I’m sure someone in here knows what’s up with this topic, so help a sister out with some recommendations! 💕
