Baby Registry

Ok ladies, I need some help. I'm trying to figure out what all to register for as this is my first. I have a mamaroo. I hear the rock n play is a lifesaver - but I also hear to not use it for overnight sleep but some mom's like their babies to use it because of reflux. I thought about getting a bassinet but, I feel like it's a big purchase to only use for a month or two. And then there's a regular bouncer that I can move from room to room with me. Help! What all do I need?
