Melatonin while pregnant?
I'm only 4 wks so don't see the Doc for 2 more wks. Anyone take melatonin during pregnancy? I only take 1mg once a wk to nap for night shift. Then unisom between shifts. Just need to know if it's safe. I'm reading conflicting advice. I can't do benedryl.
