Ovulation?

I didn’t get ovulation tests, they’re a bit expensive considering our car just decided it was going to break pretty badly and we’re going to have to get a new one along with the car that we were getting for me (so yes, we’re buying two cars now) but does heavy creamy cm and a low and firm and open cervix mean that I probably ovulated. I’m still trying to learn what the biological signs are
