Cramps in central lower abdomen ?
Hi ladies
I've been constipated for 3 days but earlier today managed to go for a poop (thank god finally) !
However I'm still getting cramps in my lower belly. They are not like my normal period cramps and I'm still very gassy (I'm so gross ATM I know)!
AF due in 2-4 days do I still have a chance this is my cycle if I'm feeling like this? Xx
