Its possible but highly unlikely.

It is not a period! A period is the shedding of the uterine lining. If you are shedding the lining, there is absolutely no way that a baby can implant if you are shedding your lining.
Now, on very rare occasions there is enough spotting that people might mistake it for a period but it isn’t a period.  
Also, if you did bleed and are pregnant, you should be sure to tell your OB.
