Ava bracelet worth it?

Hi! Has anyone tried the Ava bracelet? Wondering if it’s worth the money and better than using OPKs. It keeps getting advertised to me everywhere 😝.

I would recommend it for sure. I got mine back in October and was pregnant the next cycle. 
It does more than just track your temp. It also tracks your breathing rate and heart rate. Those data points along with the temp help to predict your fertile days as well as provide a lot of info/patterns that you can watch for to see if you’re pregnant before a test. I actually suspected I was pregnant before the test because the pattern was different than the cycle before that ended in a period. 
Unfortunately, that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. When I was pregnant I continued to wear it and it gave info each week on your baby and your body which was nice. 
We have started trying again and are in the TWW. Fingers crossed!  For me, it was so much easier and just less stress than having to take the OPKs or wake up at the same exact time each morning to temp. It’s pricey, but the OPKs get expensive month after month too.

I just stared using it about 5 days ago so I can’t say too much about it yet as I just started a new cycle 3 days ago, so far though I really like it! I like the temp aspect because I wake up every morning at a different time so I never know how accurate my bbt is (although I do still take bbt every morning). Sorry not much help but IMO definitely worth looking into!

I have one and I’m currently on my third full month with it. I still use OPKs and going on them it’s only gotten my fertile window right once. That being said I really like that when your period is coming up you can tell what’s going on by your temperature. Like if you start to spot and your temp goes down you don’t think it’s implantation, you know it’s your period, which saves a lot of heartache.
