I'm 6 months postpartum and have been set on getting the IUD. Tomorrow is the appointment but now I feel double minded. I have used natural family planning method for more than a year successfully. I know when my fertile days and my ovulation and that's when we use a condom and pull out. other days we just do without protection. I want your opinions on whether should I get the IUD or pulling out with condom is just as effective? I'm against hormonal birth control so there are not many options for me. and I don't want another child for at least 4 years.
