Missed period?

So I was supposed to get my period Monday and never got it. I had taken multiple tests this week all positives, well this morning I woke up and got a negative test. I thought it could have been a faulty test but I took two more (also negative). I’m extremely confused.. does anyone have any idea of what could be happening? I’m on vacation atm so haven’t been able to go to the doctors
