Weight loss tips?

I’m 14, and am overweight. I weigh like 150, around there. And yes ok some of u might think, hey ur only 14 don’t worry about it, but I’m working on becoming healthier and more fit. My goal weight is like 125 around there. Any tips? For diet, and workouts? And how do u all stay motivated because when I get home after walking from school I’m exhausted and lose interest. Also some will say completely cut out sugar. I CANT function without it, seriously. I get hungry and binge eat if I don’t have any sugar throughout the day. I mean ya I’ll have dark chocolate and stuff like that, but I will not permanently cut out sugars
