Birth control + unprotected sex + pull out method

So I’ve been taking birth control for a few years and I always take my pill within 30 minutes of my scheduled time. My long time boyfriend and I have begun to have unprotected sex and he always pulls out before he’s about to cum.

Normally I’ve never stressed about possibly being pregnant but this time he came and was still hard so we went again (we cleaned him off before he went back in to me) but I’m still a little worried about the chances of pregnancy. I’m sure I’m just paranoid and I’ve talked with him about our shared concerns and we are also going to start using condoms on top of my pills just to be safe but I just want some reassurance that I’ll be fine and not pregnant. 😬🙃
