Nose job or no?

So obviously I have a little bump on my nose. I’m not crazy insecure about it, I wish I had a cuter nose, but I know mine isn’t horrible. I have however seen some pictures of me where it looks really bad and I do get very insecure about it. This picture I don’t mind at all. I’m getting chin liposuction at some point in the future and my doctor said he could shave down my bump while I’m under. I’m interested to know y’alls opinions on if you think it’s worth it and i should do it or just leave my nose alone. Thanks in advance! 🙂

EDIT: yes my chin looks perfectly fine in the pictures lol. Obviously in pictures I’m going to hold my head in such a way that you cannot see what I’m talking about. You can only see what’s wrong with my chin in person when I’m in motion. It’s my biggest insecurity and I’m definitely getting fat and tissue removed from there
