Threatened miscarriage/need positive stories

Basing off of last menstrual cycle, I should be 5 weeks 2 days Started having some bleeding/cramping so I went in. They found no yolk sac in an internal ultrasound, my hcg is only a 34. Any similar stories? I'm freaking out.
