Baby movement

R

I have an anterior placenta and stress out about how infrequently I feel the baby move. My doctor isn’t worried. I’ve had several ultrasounds and while I watch the baby move on the screen, I can’t feel those movements so I realize I don’t feel everything. Still- I get stressed! The whole 10 movements in 2 hours doesn’t seem to apply to me even when I eat something sweet or drink something cold.

I find I don’t feel movement until midday, and then it’s more like flutters or bubbles.

Then things are quiet until 6:00pm or later and baby jumps around quite a bit until I go to bed. Sometimes there’s lots of activity overnight, other times it’s quiet. So stressful! Anyone having similar periods of really infrequent movement?
