Cramping
I'm at day 21 in my cycle period coming in 10 days and I don't know what's happening with my body. I've been expelling alot of gases and I'm having lower abdominal pain. It gets sharp when I cough,laugh or jump. Any body ever experienced this? any suggestion of what might be the cause ? Google said I may be pregnant which I'm 100 % sure I'm not or it can be intestinal gasses blockage.
