Whenever you need to. If you can’t afford to take a long leave, don’t feel guilty about. Unfortunately, most woman have to go back to work soon. It’s a struggle. Especially where I’m from, rent for a 1 bedroom starts at 1900. It’s crazy. I had to take my little one when he was 3 Months. I was for fortunate to be able to leave him with a very trusted friend’s mother who has daycare experience and training.

Both of ours started at 11 weeks. That’s when I had to go back to work.

Generally daycares won’t take a baby under 6 weeks old, 3 months if breastfed. My advice though is enroll ASAP because wait lists for new babies are ridiculous in most towns/cities
