braxton hicks contraction...what do i do?

ok I know for sure these are Braxton Hicks contractions but what I can't find out is if I should go and get checked out or just ride them out at home... help please! ftm kind of worried! I'm 27w4d

thank you ladies! they weren't painful just uncomfortable tightning and pressure I had about 3 an hour so I just went to bed and haven't felt any since. definitely will let me Dry know. thank you again!

BH aren’t always painless. As long as they don’t have a consistency to them your fine. No more then 4 in an hour. If more then 4 in an hour go to L&D; as they are probably real contractions and need to be stopped.

If you are experiencing pain with BH you are probably severely dehydrated. Drink a bunch of water and lie down for a while.

I've been on my feet and lifting for the last 14 hours. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I was having Braxton hicks like no other.. drink some water, take tylenol, and lay down they will go away. no need to panic try to rest! ❤
