2nd baby with different dad

hi everyone, I'm 22 with a 19 month old daughter and I'm now 8 weeks pregnant with my second baby due december 23rd but it's with a different father than my first child. we have a really good relationship and have just moved into a 3 bedroom house. this pregnancy was unplanned and to be honest I did contemplate abortion but I just can't do it after seeing it's beautiful little heartbeat on the screen. is anyone else in a similar situation? I'm struggling to think positive about it at the moment 😩
