Trying to conceive for 3 years

So my fiance and I have been through a lot trying to conceive for the past 3 years. first I thought I had PCOS went got it checked out and I came back fine. My fiance went to a urologist to discover he has Varicose Vein and he needed surgery. He got the surgery done in September 2018. I started properly checking my ovulation and seeing that I ovulated every month for the passed 2 months. I just want to know what are the chances of conceiving naturally with a varicose vein correction? he is supposed to go in for his last semen analysis next month but I just feel bad making him feel like a test subject. 😢
