Lumps in boobs whenever I get my period?

So for 2 weeks I’ll have lumps in my boobs and it starts a few days before my period and ends a few days after it’s over. Does this happen to anyone else?

I’m a hypochondriac, so I’m trying to stay rational by staying off of google. But maybe I should go to the doctor? I’m 20 and I’ve never been properly checked for any cancers or anything. And nobody on both sides of my family have ever had breast cancer. But many of us do have endometriosis, along with myself.
