Implantation?

Okay ladies I need as many prayers possible. 3 years ttc with hubby and our first infertility appointment is on the 24th. My period isn’t for another 10 days and I am feeling crampy, emotional and my breasts are tender. I also woke up to some spotting that has since gone away 3 hours later. Does this sound like implantation? At my point in my cycle I should be implanting starting today or throughout the next 4 days. Please let this be my miracle baby !
